Pay rate of $16-$19 per hour
Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.

Teacher Responsibilities:
  • Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
  • Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app.
  • Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate.

Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • NCECC certificate preferred
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and work while standing.
    • Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
    • BSAC training required.
    • Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.
