Your role:

As a Customer Success / Aftersales Manager, you are the central contact person for our customers after the sales conclusion and ensure that the entire process runs smoothly. You ensure that our customers are well taken care of even after the successful sale, coordinate the next steps, solve any challenges that arise, and ensure a positive customer experience. You combine outstanding customer orientation with a structured and solution-oriented approach. You enjoy taking responsibility, quickly recognizing problems, and finding suitable solutions together with customers, dealer partners, and internal teams.

Your tasks:

  • You support our customers after the sales conclusion and are their central contact person in the aftersales.
  • You coordinate the communication between customers and dealers and ensure that follow-up questions are efficiently resolved.
  • You identify challenges that arise early and ensure that they are efficiently resolved.
  • You support the continuous optimization of our aftersales processes, recognize problems, and solve them efficiently.

Your profile:

  • You have professional experience in a comparable position.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and keep an overview even with several parallel processes.
  • You are solution-oriented and enjoy not only addressing but also sustainably solving problems.
  • You enjoy working with different teams and can mediate between different interest groups.
  • You are proficient in using digital tools and new software solutions.
  • You speak German at a native level, good English skills are desirable.
  • Ideally, you have experience with cars, mobility, or the automotive sector – this is not a must.
