What are some common challenges faced by professionals working afternoon shifts, and how can they be managed effectively?

Professionals working afternoon shifts often face challenges such as adjusting to a non-traditional schedule, balancing personal commitments, and maintaining consistent communication with teams that operate during standard business hours.
