Afternoon Childcare Aide – Bambini Childcare  |  Ellicott City, MD | Mon–Fri, 1:00–5:00 PM Only | $15–$20/hr

Looking for a part-time afternoon job working with young children? This is it.

Bambini Montessori Academy is hiring an Afternoon Childcare Aide to join our team — no mornings, no weekends, no evenings. Just a consistent, Monday–Friday afternoon schedule at a warm, Montessori-inspired child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO • Support lead teachers with afternoon activities and routines • Assist children with snacks, nap time, diapering, and transitions • Engage children in play and developmentally appropriate learning • Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized • Promote positive behavior and social-emotional growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • High School Diploma or GED (required) • Experience in childcare, babysitting, or early education (preferred) • Infant/Toddler experience is a plus • Patient, dependable, and great with young children • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift • 45-hour Child Development training preferred — or willingness to complete
