$25–$30/hour | Full-Time Potential

Upwards ABA is hiring reliable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the Aurora, East Denver, Green Valley Ranch, Montbello, and surrounding areas.

We currently have multiple client needs in the area, including weekday after-school sessions, daytime/school-hour opportunities, and weekend availability needs. This is a strong fit for an RBT who wants consistent hours and has broad availability across afternoons, school hours, and/or weekends.

Candidates with strong availability may be considered for potential 30–40 hours/week, depending on location, scheduling, client fit, family needs, and travel feasibility.

Current Scheduling Needs

Current client needs may include:

  • Weekday after-school sessions, commonly around 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • One current case needing approximately Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Daytime/school-hour sessions, including possible 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM availability Monday–Friday

  • Weekend session opportunities

  • Additional nearby cases based on availability, location, and client fit

Reliable attendance is very important. Families depend on consistent therapy, so we are looking for RBTs who can complete the hours they commit to on an ongoing basis.

Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities

As an RBT, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the home, school, or community setting

  • Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

  • Collect accurate session data during sessions

  • Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills

  • Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols

  • Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team

  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment

Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Ability to travel consistently to homes/schools in the Aurora / East Denver / Green Valley Ranch / Montbello area

  • Weekday afternoon/evening availability strongly preferred

  • Daytime/school-hour availability preferred

  • Weekend availability preferred

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • ABA experience preferred

  • Ability to pass required background checks

  • Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism
