About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst focused on Process Improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data, automation, and structured problem-solving to identify and deliver measurable operational improvements. This role goes beyond traditional reporting; You will partner on initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and analysis to implementation and impact measurement.

What you'll be doing:
  • Data analysis and reporting:
    • Build and maintain scalable datasets and data models using SQL and BI tools
    • Define and track key process performance metrics (KPIs), including baseline and future-state comparisons
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
    • Move beyond descriptive reporting to proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Process improvement:
    • Analyze end-to-end workflows to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
    • Quantify business impact (e.g., cycle time reduction, error reduction, capacity gains) and track results over time
  • Problem solving and decision support:
    • Conduct root cause analysis to address issues and prevent recurring inefficiencies
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making
  • Stakeholder collaboration:
    • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and align improvements with organizational goals
    • Translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly communication
  • Automation and innovation:
    • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows
    • Modernize existing tools (e.g., Excel/VBA-based reporting) into scalable, maintainable systems

What you need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, or related field
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (or similar tools) for dashboarding and data modeling
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Proven ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end solutions
