Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Data/Business Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-savvy, with a passion for transforming data into insights that drive strategic outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Source Monitoring. Ensure the correct execution of data loading processes from various sources, maintaining data quality, integrity, and availability.
  • Processing and Integrating New Data Sources. Evaluate new datasets that can add value to the business, defining storage structures and integration mechanisms to incorporate them into the existing data ecosystem in a clean, scalable, and organized manner.
  • Report Design and Implementation. Gather functional requirements from different business units to design and implement reports that enhance operational management and decision-making. Strong skills in developing clear and effective data visualizations are highly valued.
  • Predictive Modeling and Exploratory Analysis. Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models and conduct exploratory analysis to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and uncover insights that support business strategies.
  • Ethical Data Management. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Promote a culture of responsible data use across teams by educating colleagues on best practices for handling reports and sensitive information.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational database engines, and data modeling principles.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data analysis techniques.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning for predictive modeling.
