Job description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to support the Test and Training Group. This individual will support in the analysis of data from various sources as a part of testing efforts for multiple Government and military customers. The candidate will provide technical and analytical support by developing analysis tools and supporting live data collection and analysis at test events. The Analyst will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, catalog, compile, and analyze data from test events
  • Generate reports on data collected from events
  • Support running live display and analysis tools during test event
  • Develop software tools to aid in the analysis of data
  • Travel 25% for extended duration as assigned

Required Experience and Skills:
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or other STEM field)
  • Familiarity with coding in Python, C#, or similar
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements
  • Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to travel for test events

Desired Skills:
