Cure Health Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote child and adolescent psychiatry team. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality mental health support to children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. As a therapist, you will play a pivotal role in developing individualized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions that cater to the unique needs of our young clients.

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will have the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. The role requires the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and case management, ensuring all interventions and notes remain confidential and compliant with legal standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and adolescents to gauge their mental health needs and educational requirements.
• Craft and implement customized treatment plans that consider the developmental stages and specific family dynamics involved.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, providing individual and family therapy to address identified issues effectively.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions that empower parents and guardians in fostering a nurturing environment for their children.
• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated care for every patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies affecting young clients.
• Educate children and their families about their mental health conditions and available treatment strategies, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapy process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings, share insights during case consultations, and engage in ongoing professional development activities.
• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and innovations in child and adolescent mental health.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, primarily comprising children and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges. Your work will have a significant impact not only on your clients but also on their families, as you help them navigate the complexities of mental health issues and promote overall well-being.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.
• Deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, with expertise in various therapeutic modalities.
• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic services to children and adolescents, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy.
• Ability to establish and maintain trustful relationships with young clients and their families, promoting engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) software and other computer applications relevant to mental health practice.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting, preferably with a focus on children and adolescents.
• Experience in conducting family therapy and working within multidisciplinary teams is highly beneficial.

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, we offer a variety of bonuses and a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
