Position Overview

Cure Health Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. This full-time position is focused on providing essential mental health care to children and adolescents, working closely with families in a supportive, telehealth environment. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in improving the mental health and overall well-being of our young patients.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing professionals to maintain a flexible schedule while providing telehealth services to our clients. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening hours to accommodate the needs of our patients. This remote setting enables mental health professionals to create a conducive atmosphere for patients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify individual needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider developmental milestones and family dynamics.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively tackle a variety of mental health issues.
  • Facilitate family therapy sessions, assisting parents and caregivers in creating a supportive atmosphere conducive to their child’s mental health.
  • Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other practitioners to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and treatment.
  • Manage crisis situations by providing immediate support to clients and their families during only mental health emergencies.
  • Educate patients and family members about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources that can support their journey.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of current research and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is specifically focused on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. As a therapist at Cure Health Therapy Center, you will work to improve the lives of young individuals by creating tailored therapeutic experiences. Addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and behavior disorders requires a sensitive and understanding approach to help build effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
  • Thorough knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
  • Experience providing individual and family therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure effective patient management.
  • Strong collaborative skills, allowing effective work within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in child and adolescent mental health counseling.
  • Expertise in the utilization of various therapeutic modalities, especially those suited for young populations.
  • Demonstrated success in crisis intervention and management.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
