AlphaBEST Education Site Director - Before & After School Program

AlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins!

AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect students to a world of endless possibilities. We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team!

Location: Various schools within the Hillsboro School District

Schedule: No Weekends! Monday-Friday 1:30 pm/2:00 pm -6:00 pm.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $24.00-$27.00 (depending on qualifications/experience)

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained to do the following:

  • Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
  • Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
  • Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
  • Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school are fostered at your program site.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #)
  • Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
