Job description

Do you enjoy working with children and want a fun, active part-time job with a flexible schedule?

Little Medical School of Savannah is hiring energetic and dependable instructors to lead health and medicine STEM-based enrichment classes for children.

No coaching, teaching, or medical experience is required. We provide paid training, prepared lesson plans, equipment, and ongoing support so you have everything you need to lead successful classes.

This position is a great fit for college students, teachers, coaches, childcare professionals, healthcare students, retirees, and anyone who enjoys helping children learn, move, and build confidence.

***We are currently hiring for locations throughout the greater Savannah area and lower South Carolina for approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, primarily during select weekday mornings and afternoons. Additional hours may become available after training, with the potential to reach up to 30 hours per week.***

What you will do:

  • Lead fun, age-appropriate enrichment classes for children ages 2 and older
  • Teach introductory health, medicine, and STEM concepts
  • Follow easy-to-use lesson plans and curriculum provided by our programs
  • Encourage children and create a positive class environment
  • Set up and organize equipment and class materials
  • Communicate professionally with school staff, families, and team members

Requirements
