Overview Job Description โ€“ add details here Company Profile Busy and growing team atmosphere Communications industry Wireless Product Tester Role The Wireless Product Tester supports the testing, validation, and technical enablement of wireless hardware and software products, working cross-functionally to ensure product quality before and after release. Perform hands-on functional, regression, and feature testing of wireless hardware and software Execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures Identify, document, and reproduce defects; verify fixes prior to release Conduct spot checks on production units to confirm correct software loads, configurations, and feature sets Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Ensure products meet defined quality, performance, and usability standards Provide technical support to customers and escalate complex issues as needed Support inside sales by answering technical product questions Assist with product demonstrations, configurations, and proof-of-concept testing Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and product feedback to internal teams Wireless Product Tester Background Profile 2โ€“3 years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, technical support, or a related technical role Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Basic understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RF concepts) Experience testing hardware and/or software-based products Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience with defect tracking or test management tools Familiarity with embedded systems, mobile devices, or network-connected products Exposure to customer-facing technical or inside sales support roles Basic scripting or test automation experience Features and Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K PTO and Holiday Pay Keywords (optional) product testing, quality assurance, technical support #J-18808-Ljbffr
