Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Represent the company professionally in appearance and behavior.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality landscape and hardscape installation and maintenance.
  • Efficiently complete landscape installation tasks, including loading, transporting, offloading, installing, and watering plant material, hand-digging, pruning, raking, blowing, operating leaf vacuum, debris removal, mulching, and more.
  • Properly use and maintain company property, including tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Promote respect for the workplace, vehicle, equipment, coworkers, and customers.
  • Fuel trucks and equipment as needed.
  • Transport crewmates from shop to job site as a designated driver.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, crew leaders, managers, and office staff.
Qualifications
