Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Setting: In-Home / Field-Based
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday (school hours + after school)
Pay: $27–$28/hour

About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is looking for a dependable RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the Fort Wayne area. You will work during school hours and after school, with consistent scheduling and close BCBA supervision throughout.

What You'll Do

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
  • Collect accurate session data
  • Build genuine rapport with clients and their families
  • Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, positive therapy environment

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire (training provided)
