Job description

Major, Lindsey & Africaโ€™s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Compliance Manager focusing on commercial stage life sciences organizations.


Overview: Our client seeks a skilled compliance manager/compliance attorney for an estimated three-month engagement.


Company: Our client is the US subsidiary of a Global pharmaceutical company focused on hematology, oncology, and immunology therapies.


Experience: Five or more years advising commercial stage life sciences companies on compliance issues.


Location: Hybrid; Ability to be in the clients Burlington, Massachusetts offices one to two days per week.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with the maintenance of the Clientโ€™s compliance and ethics auditing and monitoring programs.
  • Ensure Office of Inspector General (OIG) compliance.
  • Advise on fair market value (FMV) questions.
  • Meet with and advise the advertising board.
  • Conduct research as necessary.


Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent academic credentials including a baccalaureate degree from a well-respected university.
  • Five or more years of experience advising on compliance issues for commercial stage (not clinical stage) life sciences organizations.
  • Command of OIG, FMV, and advertising compliance issues.
  • Experience maintaining a companyโ€™s compliance monitoring program.


Pay Rate: $95
