Description

You are a highly motivated, fast learning and clear communicator to develop creator strategies/creator briefing for our agency accounts. You are excited about diving into the TikTok ecosystem, from how to create viral content to affiliate management. You are comfortable partnering with senior ecommerce client stakeholders and operating in fast-paced environments.

This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, performance analysis, and execution. You’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing high-quality creators, structuring affiliate programs (open, target, and TAP campaigns), and continuously optimizing for GMV growth.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Strategy & Planning

  • Own the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts

  • Design and manage open plans, target plans, and TAP campaigns

  • Recommend commission structures, bundles, and offers that incentivize creator output

  • Identify when to lean into seeding, retainers, or live-focused affiliates

Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management

  • Source high-quality creators through Affiliate Center, outreach, and internal creator communities

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates

  • Manage creator seeding programs and retainer creator rosters

  • Coordinate creator briefs, content expectations, and posting cadence

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor affiliate GMV, content output, conversion trends, and ROI

  • Identify winning creators and content formats to scale

  • Diagnose underperformance and implement corrective strategies

  • Share weekly insights and actionable learnings with internal teams and clients

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Client Success Managers, Media Buyers, and Shop Ops

  • Align affiliate pushes with merchandising, promotions, and product launches

  • Support live-affiliate initiatives and campaign launches
