Job description

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and optimize our affiliate program on the Awin platform. You'll be the person driving partner recruitment, relationship management, and revenue growth through our affiliate channel. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of affiliate marketing experience who's ready to take full ownership of a program and make it their own.

You'll manage the full affiliate lifecycle- from prospecting and onboarding new partners to optimizing existing relationships and reporting on performance. Your goal is to turn affiliate partnerships into a predictable, scalable revenue channel. If you're data-driven, relationship-savvy, and excited about performance marketing, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT BELLESA BOUTIQUE

Bellesa Boutique is the leading sexual wellness and pleasure products brand in America.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

This role may not be the right fit if:

  • You've never managed an affiliate program or worked directly within an affiliate network platform-we need hands-on platform experience, not just general digital marketing knowledge
  • You've only worked on the publisher/affiliate side and have no experience managing programs from the advertiser's perspective
  • You've never recruited, onboarded, or negotiated terms with affiliate partners
  • You don't have experience analyzing affiliate performance data and using it to make optimization decisions

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Affiliate Program Management

  • Own day-to-day management of our affiliate program on the Awin platform, including partner approvals, commission structures, and program terms
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics (clicks, conversions, EPC, AOV, ROAS) and optimize campaigns to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage the affiliate budget and commission strategy: set competitive rates, negotiate placement fees, and structure incentives that drive partner engagement without eroding margins
  • Maintain program compliance-review affiliate promotional methods, enforce brand guidelines, and ensure partners are driving quality traffic
  • Build and maintain a testing calendar for offers, landing pages, creative assets, and commission structures to continuously improve program performance

Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management

  • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners-including content creators, coupon/deal sites, review publishers, comparison shopping engines, and influencer affiliates
  • Build and nurture relationships with top-performing partners: provide them with updated creatives, exclusive offers, and performance insights to keep them engaged and producing
  • Manage partner communications- regular newsletters, performance updates, promotional calendars, and one-on-one outreach to high-value affiliates
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners: sponsored content, exclusive product launches, and seasonal campaign collaborations
  • Attend virtual and in-person affiliate industry events and conferences to expand our partner network and stay current on trends

Reporting & Optimization

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports: track revenue, conversion rates, partner activity, and program ROI with clear takeaways and next steps
  • Analyze affiliate data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming partners-then take action to optimize the mix
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure affiliate campaigns align with broader brand initiatives and promotional calendars
  • Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, Awin platform updates, competitor affiliate programs, and industry best practices

REQUIREMENTS

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with at least 1-2 years managing a program from the advertiser/brand side
  • Hands-on experience with the Awin platform (or similar networks such as Awin, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten)-you know your way around partner management, reporting, and campaign setup
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop affiliate partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling reports, interpreting performance data, and making data-driven optimization decisions
  • Experience managing affiliate budgets, commission structures, and placement fee negotiations
  • Familiarity with affiliate promotional models: content, coupon, cashback, loyalty, sub-networks, and influencer affiliates
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- you're someone partners enjoy working with
  • Organized and self-directed: you can manage multiple partner relationships and projects simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, conversion rate, LTV) and how affiliate activity impacts them
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools for tracking affiliate-driven traffic and conversions

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in the wellness, beauty, or DTC e-commerce space
  • Familiarity with Shopify and how affiliate tracking integrates with e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with affiliate sub-networks and technology partners
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content affiliates drive organic traffic
  • Experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships that overlap with affiliate programs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $70,000-$100,000 base salary depending on experience
  • Performance bonus tied to affiliate program KPIs: revenue growth, partner acquisition targets, and program ROI
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Fully remote with flexible hours (overlap with EST required)
  • Direct access to leadership and full ownership of the affiliate growth channel

HOW TO APPLY

Send your resume along with a brief summary (a few paragraphs is fine) of an affiliate program or campaign you managed. Include: the brand or product, your role in the program, the strategies you used to grow it, and the results you achieved (revenue growth, partner acquisition numbers, conversion improvements, etc.).

We'd also love to know: What affiliate networks have you worked with? What's your approach to recruiting and activating new partners? What's the most creative affiliate partnership you've put together?

Applications that include specific examples and results will be prioritized.
