We are a provider of crypto-integrated software solutions, dedicated to bridging the gap between sophisticated blockchain technology and everyday utility. Our mission is to scale our reach through a robust, decentralized ecosystem of advocates. As our Affiliate Network Builder, you will be the lead architect of our partnership engine, identifying, recruiting, and managing a high-performance network of affiliates and influencers who will champion our products to a global audience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit high-impact affiliates, influencers, and community leaders within the crypto and fintech sectors to promote our software suite.

  • Design and implement competitive commission structures and incentive programs that drive long-term partner loyalty and performance.

  • Manage the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, providing partners with the necessary marketing assets, technical support, and product education.

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, using data to optimize conversion rates and identify high-potential growth opportunities.

  • Act as the primary point of communication for the network, ensuring all affiliates are aligned with brand guidelines and up to date on product releases.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or business development.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate networks, ideally within the crypto, SaaS, or gaming industries.

  • Strong networking and relationship-management skills with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and crypto-native payment or reward systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse, global network of partners across various time zones.
