  • Provide strategic guidance and performance-driven insights to help creators refine their promotional approach and maximize earnings.

Performance Incentives & Creator Motivation
  • Design competitive and creative incentive structures that drive ongoing content production and sales performance.
  • Recognize and reward creators based on tiered performance, engagement rates, and long-term contribution to the affiliate program.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to keep the rewards program fresh, exclusive, and tailored for high-value creator personas.

Reporting, Optimization & Strategic Growth
  • Analyze creator performance data weekly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of friction.
  • Report insights to leadership to inform influencer program strategy and investment.
  • Experiment with new influencer platforms, tech tools, or campaign structures that improve ROI and engagement.

Content Collaboration & Brand Messaging
  • Partner with the content and creative teams to co-develop creator-friendly campaign assets, storytelling frameworks, and templates.
  • Ensure creators maintain brand consistency while having creative flexibility to connect with their unique audiences.
  • Lead group activations or co-branded content efforts to amplify campaign moments.

Churn Prevention & Reactivation
  • Identify creators showing signs of decreased activity and proactively re-engage with refreshed incentives, feedback loops, or new opportunities.
  • Create feedback mechanisms that help Truly Free continuously evolve its creator program based on real creator needs and goals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships-preferably at a social platform, creator agency, or consumer-facing brand.
  • Network: Strong existing roster of creators or influencers that can be activated quickly.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of creator monetization models and social media ecosystems.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for pitching, onboarding, and relationship building.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack) and social analytics tools.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong execution track record and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
