Overview:
Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for expanding and strengthening our network of Affiliate partnerships, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), hospitals, and other potential partnerships to enhance access to high-quality pediatric care. This role drives growth and engagement within the affiliate network by building relationships, supporting program development, and ensuring effective partner collaboration.
Job Description:
Essential Functions:
  • Collaborates in the effort to identify, pursue, and establish partnerships with FQHCs, hospitals, and other emerging affiliate partner types to expand the organization's affiliate network across Ohio.
  • Develops and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with affiliate partners, serving as a primary or secondary point of contact and ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of affiliate programs to ensure they deliver value and meet organizational and partner objectives.
  • Collaborates with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to coordinate resources, align priorities, and ensure seamless delivery of programs and partner-related initiatives.
  • Tracks engagement, partnership activity, and outcomes across affiliate partners, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategy and improve effectiveness.
  • Executes proactive communication and outreach strategies to promote the affiliate network, strengthen relationships, and advance organizational goals.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance partnership development, engagement strategies, and affiliate offerings based on data, partner feedback, and evolving healthcare landscape trends.

Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, required.
  • Master's Degree, preferred.

Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership development, business development, community engagement, or healthcare relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal-with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to support program goals.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/relationship management systems.
  • Familiarity with Ohio's healthcare landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving, and self-directed environment.

Experience:
  • Experience working with FQHCs, community health organizations, or hospital systems, preferred.
  • Project management experience, preferred.
