Job description

Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin is a nationally recognized, award winning sales and service distributor of automatic sliding, swing, revolving and security door equipment. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for the successful delivery of installation projects achieved through comprehensive planning, strong organizational skills, and thorough communications. Provided solutions typically include a mix of installation and distribution of automatic doors throughout the state of Wisconsin and surrounding regions. The Project Manager's primary goal is to deliver a quality implementation experience that exceeds the expectations of the customer while meeting both the budget and the committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate job packets and quotes
  • Management & oversight of projects, implementations, and initiatives
  • Schedule/coordinate activities of internal resources and external customers
  • Coordinate material orders, ship-to locations, delivery dates
  • Maintain up-to-date job data in company systems and share updates with Sales/PM/Field as needed.
  • Assist with punch lists and closeout documents (O&Ms, warranties)
  • Work closely with Sales, Leadership, and Technicians to keep work moving
  • Support the ongoing development of project documentation, publish & update supporting project plans
  • Maintain continuous communications with the customer throughout the course of the project
  • Provide ongoing updates to Account Managers on the progress of the project & related issues
  • Coordinate the closeout documentation effort with internal resources
  • Assist the Account Manager in closeout meetings with customer to complete final acceptance & account transition
    You've got what it takes if you have:
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret diagrams
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to successfully pass background screens
  • At least one (1) year of experience in construction/service/manufacturing support
  • Familiarity with Service Titan, ProCore, or a comparable ERP system preferred
