Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant at Chick-fil-A Pullman

Location: Chick-fil-A Pullman, 11131 S Corliss Ave. Chicago, IL 60628

Mission: Support operational and team excellence through strong organization, communication, and follow-through while representing Chick-fil-A Pullman with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.
Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant supports restaurant operations by managing administrative systems, guest communication, office organization, and operational support. This role balances office responsibilities with 15–21 hours per week in restaurant operations to stay connected to the team, guests, and business needs.


Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
  • Process supplier invoices and payments.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Assist with timekeeping and payroll accuracy.
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and administrative documentation.
  • Support special projects and leadership initiatives.
Office Operations
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office.
  • Order and manage office and operational supplies.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
  • Maintain Google Drive, store email, and store phone systems.
  • Track safety incidents and administrative reports.
Guest Experience
  • Answer store phone calls professionally.
  • Resolve guest concerns and provide guest recovery.
  • Manage CARES and other guest feedback platforms within 48 hours.
  • Track guest concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with catering communication and support.
Operational Support
  • Work 15–21 hours per week in restaurant operations.
  • Support Front of House and Back of House as needed.
  • Assist with restaurant events and operational initiatives.
  • Retrieve products or supplies when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and team members.
Team Culture
  • Celebrate team birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
