Description

​The Intel Sector is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Project ​Manager who is responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position also interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. ​

​ Primary Responsibilities:  

  • ​Interface with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractors, and support staff to coordinate resources and responsibilities. 

  • ​Provide strategic communication planning for both internal and external stakeholders. 

  • ​Contribute to the development of new products, services, or operational strategies in support of organizational goals. 

  • ​Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. 

  • ​Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area. 

  • ​May include coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. 

​ 

Basic Qualifications 

  • ​TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required 
  • ​BA/BS degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • ​Experience working within national security, intelligence analysis, or related security-focused domains. 
  • ​Strong knowledge of mission-critical building systems  
  • ​Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business applications. 
  • ​Proven Experience with acquisition processes, including facility services, Architectural and Engineering (A&E), and construction contracting. 
  • ​Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership and stakeholders. 

​ 

Preferred Qualifications​ 

  •  Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification. 
  • Experience in regulated or technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, IT, or engineering). 
  • Experience with critical power distribution systems 
  • Experience with facility related control systems 
  • Proficiency with program management tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore, Archibus, and SAP. 
  • Experience in regulated or technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, IT, or engineering).
  • Proficiency with program management tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore, Archibus, and SAP.
