Engineering Project Manager - Aerospace - (194102)

Your work will directly support technological advancement, sustainability, and human experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide project management services focused on the Mid‑Atlantic aerospace market sector and other sectors as needed.
  • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, from development and initiation to close‑out.
  • Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects.
  • Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project life cycle, ensuring on‑time completion of deliverables.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort with the team to keep work within budget and schedule.
  • Work with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing aerospace projects of various sizes, complexities, and building typologies.
  • PMP certification.
  • Interest in advancing digital delivery and AI‑supported workflows in infrastructure projects.
  • Preference given to candidates currently residing in the Mid‑Atlantic area.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Seven years of related experience, including a minimum of two years in project management.
  • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered (e.g., PE or P.Eng).
  • MS Office and MS Project experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Commitment to being an active participant in our employee‑owned culture.
  • U.S. naturalized citizenship (required by client contract).
