It's our commitment to total customer satisfaction and integrated customer-to-supplier technology that has earned multiple supplier performance awards.Kemco is seeking highly skilled team members to support the manufacturing operations. Our facility is open 7 days a week and utilizes 4 shifts to maximize production across the full week. Shift premiums are offered on 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts. Seeking applicants for our off shifts. 2nd shift - Monday-Friday 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and pays 10% shift premium3rd shift - Monday - Thursday 10 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. (4 ten-hour shifts) and pays15% premium over base rate for this shift 4th shift – Saturday & Sunday 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and one 8-hour shift during week (total 32 hours/week) and pays 25% over base rate. Please note that the following duties and requirements described herein are intended to represent general contents of this job:Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing setting up and operating CNC machining 3/4/5 axis mills is preferredTrade or technical school degree or equivalent experience preferredMust be able to read and understand blueprints and written directivesExperience inspecting/auditing machine setups and inspection reportsExperience inspecting work produced, including 1st piece inspection, using micrometers, bore gauges, calipersMust be able to work safely following all rules and requirementsWillingness to continuously improve quality and productivityWillingness to work in a fast-paced work environmentPositive team-oriented attitude with consistent attendance and punctualityThis is your opportunity to join a fast-growing organization that has been in the aerospace industry for over 50 years.
