To thrive as an Aerospace Controller, you need strong analytical skills, situational awareness, and a relevant degree in aviation, engineering, or air traffic management. Familiarity with radar systems, air traffic control software, and communication tools is typically required, along with FAA or equivalent certifications. Exceptional decision-making, teamwork, and clear communication are crucial soft skills for coordinating complex airspace operations. What is an Aerospace Controller?

An Aerospace Controller is a professional responsible for monitoring and managing the movement of aircraft and spacecraft to ensure safe and efficient operations. They may work in air traffic control, satellite operations, or spacecraft navigation, depending on their area of specialization.
