Job description

Canopie is a business unit of Aeroflow Health

About Aeroflow Health

Aeroflow Health is a national leader in home medical equipment and clinical services. We combine technology, operational excellence, and compassionate expertise to deliver essential products and care directly to patients' homes. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the U.S., an Inc. 5000 honoree, and a certified Great Place to Work, Aeroflow continues to seek ways to be one of the nation's top employers. We are equally passionate about taking care of our employees-empowering talented professionals to make a meaningful impact every day.

The Opportunity

Within Aeroflow, the Canopie team is a specialized business unit focused on maternal and perinatal health. We're a small, cross-functional team building a digital health platform that supports expecting and new mothers through evidence-based mental and physical health programming. Our partners are health plans and government programs that contract with us to deliver Canopie to their members; our end users are the mothers we serve.

This role sits at the center of how Canopie serves its health plan and program partners. You'll own day-to-day partner relationships, keep communication consistent and proactive, and be the person who makes sure partners always know how their programs are performing and why it matters. It's a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, building a presentation, or on a partner call, and who takes genuine pride in making things run smoothly. Just as important, you'll keep every partner initiative on track across product, clinical and analytics, and you'll thoroughly understand the value Canopie delivers to partners.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Canopie's health plan and program partners, owning day-to-day communication and ongoing relationship maintenance
  • Coordinate and support regular partner check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), preparing and presenting program performance materials
  • Track partner commitments, open items, and follow-ups; proactively flag risks and drive resolution across internal teams
  • Manage onboarding workflows for new partners, coordinating across clinical, product, and operations to ensure smooth program launches
  • Maintain organized partner documentation including program configurations, contact records, and escalation histories

Partner Reporting and Communication

  • Own the production, packaging, and presentation of recurring and ad hoc partner-facing reporting - member engagement, utilization, retention, and outcomes - partnering Strategy/Analytics on metric definitions and supporting the analysis.
  • Working from that analysis, proactively surface and interpret what's working and what needs attention across the partner portfolio - and put it in front of partners before they ask.
  • Build and maintain clear, accurate dashboards and reports that give partners confidence in their program performance
  • Support internal reporting that informs clinical operations and leadership decision-making

Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance. All team members are expected to maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality, maintain regular and reliable attendance, and complete other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, client operations, or healthcare program administration
  • Experience working in healthcare, MPH or other health degree very helpful
  • Comfortable working with data - you can take metrics and analysis and turn them into a clear, accurate narrative for a non-technical audience.
  • Able to grasp and articulate business value to sophisticated stakeholders - you can learn what makes Canopie valuable to payers and partners and tell that story with credibility. Direct healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Strong program management instincts - you can run many parallel partner workstreams across product, clinical, marketing and analytics, and keep every train on track, without dropping handoffs.
  • Comfort reading and operating against contracts and SOWs - you know what's been promised and how metrics are defined.
  • Confident and clear communicator in writing, through visual presentations, and on calls; you know how to manage a partner relationship without over-promising
  • Highly organized and reliable in a remote environment: you track your own follow-ups, close loops, and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Energized by a mission, as Canopie's members are navigating one of the most complex chapters of their lives, and the partners we work with are how we reach them

What Success Looks Like

  • Partners expand - they renew, deepen, and add scope, because both the relationship and the results earn it.
  • Partners feel consistently informed, well-supported, and confident in Canopie's execution and want to do more with Canopie
  • Reporting is accurate, timely, and tells a clear story (and partners aren't asking for data we should have already sent)
  • Open items and follow-ups are tracked and closed; Program launches and ongoing operations run smoothly because coordination happens proactively
  • Clinical and leadership teams spend less time on partner communication because this role owns it

Benefits

Competitive Pay, Health Plans with FSA or HSA options, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Optional Life Insurance, 401K with Company Match, 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parent / 4 weeks leave for non-birthing parent(s), Additional Parental benefits to include fertility stipends, free diapers, breast pump, Paid Holidays, PTO Accrual from day one, Employee Assistance Programs and SO MUCH MORE!!
