What is an Aeg?

AEGs, or Automatic Electric Guns, are a type of airsoft gun powered by a rechargeable battery and an internal electric motor. These guns use a gearbox to cycle the firing mechanism, allowing for semi-automatic or fully automatic shooting modes. AEGs are popular in airsoft sports due to their reliability, ease of use, and consistent performance compared to spring or gas-powered airsoft guns. They are available in various styles, including rifles, submachine guns, and sniper rifles, making them suitable for different playstyles. Maintenance involves regular cleaning, battery care, and occasional gearbox servicing.
