Job description

About the Role

Advyzon is looking for a Trading Analyst to support financial advisory firms using Quantum, our trading and rebalancing platform. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning financial technology, and helping advisors operate with confidence during time-sensitive trading workflows.

You will work directly with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and internal partners to troubleshoot platform questions, explain trading and rebalancing functionality, and contribute to a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable translating technical concepts into clear guidance for financial professionals.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients using Quantum for trading, rebalancing, model management, and related workflows.
  • Provide responsive phone and ticket-based support, helping clients understand issues and move toward resolution quickly.
  • Troubleshoot questions related to portfolio setup, rebalancing logic, trade generation, drift monitoring, cash management, custodial integrations, and trade status.
  • Document client questions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex or high-impact issues thoughtfully to senior specialists, Product, or Engineering while keeping clients informed.
  • Partner with Relationship Management, Consulting, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering teams to support smooth client outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge articles, support documentation, and process improvements that make the team more effective.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client support, trading operations, investment operations, financial technology, or a related role.
  • Exposure to portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, or wealth management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the judgment to prioritize time-sensitive issues accurately.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to professional clients.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems, Microsoft Excel, and standard business applications.
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting RIAs, wealth management firms, broker-dealers, or SaaS-based financial technology clients.
  • Familiarity with model management, drift monitoring, tax-aware trading, block trading, sleeves, or cash management workflows.
  • Experience with custodial platforms or integrations such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or similar firms.
  • Knowledge of portfolio accounting or wealth management software.
  • FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses are a plus but not required.
What Success Looks Like

You are successful in this role when clients feel supported, issues are handled accurately and efficiently, and recurring questions become opportunities to improve documentation, workflows, and the product experience. You will be measured on responsiveness, quality of resolution, client satisfaction, and your ability to collaborate across teams.

Why Join Advyzon
  • Build deep expertise in trading technology and wealth management operations.
  • Work on a collaborative client success team that partners closely with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Relationship Management.
  • Have direct impact on client outcomes, product feedback, and the advisor experience.
  • Grow in a role that blends client service, technical troubleshooting, and financial technology.
