ABOUT THE ROLE
Fay Myers Motorcycle World is one of Colorado's premier powersports dealerships, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to support our busy service department. As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced service advisors to ensure every rider who walks through our doors has a smooth, professional experience - from check-in to pick-up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for motorcycle and powersports vehicle service appointments
  • Communicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in person
  • Open, track, and close repair orders with accuracy in our dealer management system
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving efficiently
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, including mileage and condition notes
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
  • Support service advisors with administrative tasks and follow-up calls

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A genuine interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry - riding experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS (CDK, DealerSocket, etc.) is helpful but not required
  • Valid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement required
  • Prior customer service, automotive, or dealership experience is a bonus - not a requirement
