Outdoor Advertising Lease Manager


Meadow Outdoor Advertising is a leading outdoor advertising company in the Pacific Northwest, with over 40 years of successful operations across Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and California. We are seeking an experiencedOutdoor Advertising Lease Manager to join our high-performing team.


This role offers acompetitive base salary commensurate with experience, excellent benefits, and a commission program. The position will support our Western Oregon and Western Washington markets, with required travel to our headquarters in The Dalles, Oregon one to two days a week.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Development

  • Identify and develop new billboard locations
  • Lead static-to-digital billboard conversions
  • Source and execute acquisitions of available billboard inventory

Existing Inventory Management

  • Convert existing leases to easements where appropriate
  • Negotiate lease extensions and renewals
  • Oversee vegetation management
  • Coordinate with Operations on repair and maintenance projects

Real Estate & Regulatory Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and state regulators and administrators
  • Monitor and interpret applicable state and local codes, ordinances, and zoning regulations


Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of outdoor advertising real estate experience
  • Two (2) or more years of commercial real estate experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
