Job description



A digital media organization is seeking an Ad Tech Product Analyst to support remote operations. This role focuses on ad sales systems, product support, and technical troubleshooting across digital advertising platforms and workflows.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day shift




  • Schedule: Monday through Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Remote




Responsibilities:




  • Support digital ad sales systems and related tools across the advertising technology environment.




  • Partner with product, engineering, planning, strategy, and operations teams to resolve requests, defects, and enhancements.




  • Own tickets from intake through resolution, including investigation, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.




  • Monitor issue impact, communicate status updates, and escalate critical problems when needed.




  • Perform system configurations and support ad integrations, including inventory, targeting, measurement, access, and programmatic serving.




Qualifications:




  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital ad operations, ad technology, or a similar role





  • Bachelor's degree





  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, and FreeWheel




Desired Skills:




  • Experience in a media company




  • Understanding of the pitch-to-pay lifecycle, including sales planning, fulfillment, trafficking, pacing, and reconciliation




  • Experience with ad serving technology, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting




  • Project management and prioritization skills




  • Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and multitasking abilities
