Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Position Summary
As part of the Tech24 team and the broader Tech24 network, the Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily service operations and project coordination. This position works closely with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects and service work are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently.
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing schedules, tracking project progress, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and emails, handle service requests, and provide scheduling updates.
  • Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and resources to support service and project timelines.
  • Assist with dispatch, estimating, work orders, and follow-up on pending service needs.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, dispatchers, vendors, subcontractors, and management.
  • Track project progress, service activity, estimates, and status updates using company systems and customer portals.
  • Coordinate equipment/material deliveries and confirm job readiness with customers and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate project and customer documentation, including billing, invoices, purchase orders, and expenses.
  • Review completed work for billing accuracy and completeness.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and equipment dealers.
  • Provide administrative support to branch and project operations while managing multiple priorities.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, project coordination, dispatching, or administrative support required
  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or foodservice service industries is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on responsibilities with minimal supervision

Compensation Transparency
The advertised pay range for this position is $25-$30. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and market conditions.
