The Senior Partner Manager, Enterprise Sales owns a strategic portfolio within one of Walmart Connect's largest advertiser partnerships. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping joint business strategy, and deepening executive-level relationships across client organizations. You will operate as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex business objectives into full-funnel retail media strategies and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Success in this role is defined by sustained revenue growth, strength of client partnerships, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at scale.

What you'll do:
  • Drive revenue growth across a strategic enterprise advertiser portfolio through annual and incremental growth plans. 
  • Build executive-level client relationships and shape joint business strategies that align advertiser and Walmart Connect priorities. 
  • Translate complex business goals into data-driven, full-funnel retail media recommendations. 
  • Present insights and opportunities clearly to influence client decisions and internal priorities. 
  • Lead cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions, remove barriers, and ensure strong execution. 
  • Mentor less-tenured associates and represent Walmart Connect in high-visibility client and strategic planning discussions. 

What you'll bring:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail media, ecommerce, or omnichannel advertising environments 
  • Strong understanding of advertising technology, measurement frameworks, and attribution models 
  • Experience leading joint business planning (JBP/JVBP) with large enterprise advertisers 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex negotiations 
  • Experience driving strategic initiatives across matrixed organizations 
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including experience leading C-suite engagements 
  • Recognized expertise in developing consultative sales strategies and complex advertiser solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
