As a District Manager, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of all merchandisers and salespersons assigned to your territory, ensuring customer needs are met. This role works in correspondence with our Regional Managers.Job Description
  • Territory -Springfield, Sturbridge, Ma Worcester, MA
    (Western, MA - Northern Connecticut)

  • Job Type: Full-Time

You will contribute by:

  • Collecting & verifying Merchandiser's weekly schedules

  • Visiting stores to ensure sales representative are completing all of their responsibilities

  • Approving Salespeople and Merchandiser vacation requests

  • Formally evaluating merchandisers annually

  • Hiring/Firing of Merchandisers & Salespeople

  • Answering directly to the Regional Manager

  • Coordinating projects; Communicating changes and progress; Completing projects on time and budget

  • Responsible for all facets of business in the district

  • Accurately maintaining sales route schedules

  • Conducting weekly sales meetings with the field team

  • Disseminating new information, i.e., New Items, Distros, etc.

  • Scheduling coverage for sales routes (i.e. vacation, sick days, etc) store resets & remodels

  • Collecting store information from: i.e. store survey forms, etc.

  • Resolving store issues that cannot be resolved by a salesperson

  • Evaluating monthly sales figures & addressing any issues
