What company in Texas is paying truckers $14000 a week?

Advertising drivers, a specialized trucking role, can sometimes earn high weekly wages depending on the company, route, and experience. However, earning $14,000 a week is uncommon and typically associated with owner-operator positions or specialized freight, not standard employment. Most trucking jobs offer lower weekly pay, with high earnings often linked to bonuses, commissions, or long-haul routes.

What is the highest paid driving job?

Advertising drivers, such as those delivering promotional materials or working for large logistics companies, can earn higher wages depending on experience, route complexity, and hours worked. Specialized driving roles like commercial truck drivers, especially those hauling hazardous materials or operating heavy-duty vehicles, tend to have the highest salaries among driving jobs. Advanced certifications and long-haul routes often contribute to increased pay in these positions.

What jobs make $3,000 a month without a degree?

Advertising drivers, such as delivery or courier drivers, can earn around $3,000 a month with experience, a valid driver's license, and good driving records. Other jobs that may reach this income level without a degree include sales representatives, real estate agents, and certain skilled trades like electricians or HVAC technicians, which often require vocational training or certifications rather than a college degree.

What is an Advertising Driver job?

An Advertising Driver is responsible for driving a vehicle that displays advertisements, such as a wrapped car, billboard truck, or digital screen vehicle. Their job is to increase brand visibility by following designated routes or parking in high-traffic areas. Some positions require personal vehicle use, while others provide company-owned vehicles. Compensation may be based on mileage, hours driven, or a flat rate per campaign.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Advertising Driver position, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Advertising Driver, you typically need a valid commercial or standard driver's license, a clean driving record, and familiarity with local routes and traffic laws. Experience with GPS devices, fleet management apps, and vehicle maintenance checks is often required. Reliability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills help set candidates apart in this role. These skills ensure the safe, timely, and effective delivery of mobile advertising campaigns while representing the brand professionally.

What are the typical responsibilities of an Advertising Driver during a standard workweek?

As an Advertising Driver, your main duties include operating specially branded vehicles or those equipped with mobile billboards along designated routes to maximize ad exposure. You may be responsible for maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and appearance, tracking mileage and routes covered, and occasionally interacting with the public to answer basic promotional questions. Some employers also require drivers to report on campaign progress by taking photos or logging trip details using a mobile app. This role generally involves working independently but may require coordination with advertising teams or supervisors to adjust routes and schedules. It's a great way to combine driving skills with promotional work in a dynamic environment.

Can I get paid to put advertising on my car?

Advertising drivers are paid to display advertisements on their vehicles, often through contracts with marketing companies or brands. Payment varies based on factors like driving distance, location, and campaign duration, and drivers typically need to have a clean driving record and meet vehicle requirements.

Job description

THE COMPANY

Our client is a long-established leader in outdoor and location-based advertising, helping local businesses and national brands reach consumers through high-visibility media in public spaces. The company’s platform includes billboards, digital displays, transportation advertising, airport media, murals, interstate logo programs, and other out-of-home advertising solutions. This opportunity is part of a newly launched airport advertising program in the Raleigh-Durham market. The person hired will represent a highly visible airport media environment and help businesses connect with travelers, professionals, business owners, and regional consumers through creative advertising campaigns. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys local relationship building, consultative advertising sales, and the challenge of growing a market during an exciting transition period.

THE JOB

The Airport Advertising Manager will be responsible for selling airport advertising to local, regional, and qualified advertisers in the Raleigh-Durham market. This is a relationship-based outside sales role that requires regular interaction with prospects, customers, airport personnel, and internal support teams. The role is remote from a traditional office standpoint, but it is highly active in the local market. The person hired must be close enough to Raleigh-Durham International Airport to conduct airport tours, meet advertisers, support customer needs, and respond quickly when market or fulfillment issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new airport advertising business in the Raleigh-Durham market
  • Build relationships with local businesses, direct advertisers, agencies, and regional brands
  • Maintain and grow a personal account list through phone outreach, in-person meetings, presentations, and airport tours
  • Sell advertising through a consultative, relationship-based approach
  • Create clear proposals, campaign recommendations, and written quotations for prospects and customers
  • Negotiate rates, close deals, and provide strong customer service after the sale
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
  • Use Salesforce or similar sales tools to manage pipeline, opportunities, reporting, and account activity
  • Coordinate with marketing, fulfillment, sales management, administrative, billing, and operations teams
  • Serve as a local point of contact for airport advertising inventory, campaign needs, and market opportunities
  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship with Airport Authority personnel
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal stakeholders, airport contacts, national sales, and customers
  • Monitor campaign opportunities, renewals, market activity, competitive activity, and local advertising trends
  • Take ownership when customer issues or campaign execution problems arise
  • Spend regular time in the market, at the airport, and with customers or prospects

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3+ years of successful B2B out of home advertising sales experience required
  • Advertising, media, out-of-home, airport, transit, cinema, billboard, radio, TV, digital media, sponsorship, or local direct advertising sales experience required
  • Proven ability to prospect, open doors, build relationships, and close new business
  • Experience selling to local businesses, business owners, marketing leaders, agencies, or regional brands
  • Strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain advertising value, audience quality, campaign visibility, and physical media placement to customers
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day direction
  • Strong organization, urgency, follow-through, and personal accountability
  • Ability to use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, or comparable sales tools
  • Professional presence and judgment to represent the company with airport leadership and local business executives
  • Ability to manage customer issues and coordinate internally to resolve problems
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Raleigh-Durham International Airport or have existing, concrete plans to be local immediately
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

THE BENEFITS

  • Realistic total compensation: $90,000–$120,000, with higher long-term upside as the program grows.
  • Commission bridge or guarantee may be considered based on candidate background and current earnings.
  • Benefits include phone allowance, six-week training, medical/dental/vision, HSA options, disability coverage, paid parental leave, 120 hours PTO, 12 holidays, ESPP, 401(k) match, wellness incentives, professional development, and advancement opportunities.
  • Strong opportunity for a media sales professional to own a visible local market, sell premium airport advertising, and help build a growing program backed by a large national company.
