Expand client investment by introducing broader cross-platform media solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Consultative Sales: Help clients move beyond single-platform buying by offering tailored media strategies across CTV, video, display, audio, retail media, and other digital channels. Position AI Digital as a strategic partner rather than a platform vendor.
  • Business Development: Identify new revenue opportunities within your territory, proactively prospect priority accounts, and build a healthy pipeline of mid-market advertisers and agencies.
  • Own the Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and long-term account growth. Collaborate closely with Planning, Client Services, and Operations teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Represent AI Digital in the Market: Leverage your industry relationships and knowledge of the media landscape to establish AI Digital as a trusted partner for advertisers seeking more flexible, cross-platform media solutions. Represent AI Digital at local market, regional, and industry events, including networking functions, trade shows, client events, and community organizations, to strengthen brand awareness, build strategic relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

  • 5+ Years of Media Sales Experience: Proven success selling advertising solutions to agencies and brands, ideally within local, regional, or national media organizations.
  • Established Book of Business: Experience managing a portfolio of approximately $3M+ in annual advertising revenue, with strong existing relationships across agencies and mid-market brands.
  • Full-Funnel Media Expertise: Experience selling integrated advertising solutions, including CTV and digital media. You understand how different channels work together throughout the customer journey and can confidently position holistic media strategies.
  • Strong Consultative Selling Skills: Comfortable leading strategic client conversations, uncovering business objectives, and recommending customized media solutions that drive growth.
  • Business Development Mindset: Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new business, expand existing partnerships, and consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to manage pipeline and sales activity.
