About the position

RTX Recycling LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This vital role combines front desk management with administrative responsibilities. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while contributing to efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Additionally, this position requires fluency in Spanish. A background in automobiles is not mandatory but is preferred.


Key Responsibilities


Front Desk Management:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.


Administrative Support:

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and other operational needs.


Social Media & Advertising:

  • Assist with running the company’s social media accounts and advertising efforts to enhance online presence and branding.
