  • You enjoy spotting new opportunities and shaping long-term client relationships
  • You're excited by building something new and being part of a fast-moving, collaborative team
  • You're adaptable, solutions-focused, and thrive on delivering impactful results

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UK labels and A&R to develop bespoke creative responses
  • Deliver artist showcases, client engagement moments and in-market activations
  • Track sync activity and catalogue performance to provide actionable insights to internal teams
  • Stay ahead of sync, advertising and content trends to identify new revenue opportunities

Our ideal candidate

  • 8+ years' experience in creative sync, advertising music supervision, or licensing
  • Extensive network of advertising industry contacts and creative agency partners
  • Proven success in pitching and closing advertising sync deals
  • Strong understanding of music copyright, licensing and legal frameworks
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Organised, strategic and able to manage multiple priorities and client needs
  • Familiarity with key platforms including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, DISCO and music analytics tools
  • Based in the New York area with the ability to travel as required
  • A passion for music across all genres, and an appreciation of UK repertoire, is a plus

Why join Globe

  • Be part of a pioneering new sync expansion in the USA
  • Play a central role in breaking UK artists globally
