About the role
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on digital strategist to develop and manage the digital media campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and managing digital media campaigns across multiple DSPs, SSPs and DMPs. They are highly analytical and results-focused, with a proven track record of creating successful campaigns. At the same time, this person has strong communication skills (written and oral), so they can effectively explain, support, and sell the recommended digital media plans to our clients. Finally, this individual will be responsible for Display Advertising Network account integration, display campaign implementation and optimization, analyzing and capitalizing data trends and tactics, and is able to provide effective monthly reporting of results.
What you'll do
  • Collaborate with account management and media buying team on clients' media strategy
  • Create, present, and execute digital media marketing strategies, including setting up UTM tracking
  • Review analytic data to identify opportunities and tactics
  • Define proper targeting segmentation and strategy for campaigns
  • Provide recommendations on budget allocation
  • Assess potential traffic sources and new media opportunities
  • Oversee and optimizing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and making appropriate adjustments
  • Analyze results data to ensure all campaigns are achieving or surpassing client/agency performance goals
  • Develop and maintain customized reporting based on each client's marketing goals and KPIs, including any data/creative needed for co-op submission
  • Stay up to date on advertising trends in display and video
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners and agency colleagues

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
  • 1-2 years of experience in traditional/digital marketing required
  • Experience working at an advertising agency managing retail clients and working in/with DSPs is a strong plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
