Job Summary:
As an Account Coordinator at Lowen Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in customer account fulfillment, which includes processing quotes/orders/inventory management for release requests received from the customers portal systems or Account Managers.
Essential Functions:

-Working with Account Managers to handle all aspects of customer requests.
-Quote each request.
-Entering data into system to generate quotes/orders for customers.
-Computes price, discount, sales representative's commission and shipping/tax charges as required.
-Follows up on orders and quotes as requested to ensure delivery by specified dates.
-Informs Account Managers of shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed.
-Enters replacement orders following direction from the quality department.
-Work with the installation department as needed with Account Manager direction.
-Review customer samples and inventory them.
-Set up and maintain inventory program information following need or direction from the Account Manager team.
-Call for credit card payment when needed.

Physical Demands

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking, primarily on a level surface, for periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear.
Compensation/Expected Hours of Work:
$16/hourly rate to start with a weekly schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
