Your role at Delta Faucet:
The Director, Delta® Brand Marketing will steward and elevate the Delta® brand marketing communications, voice, and visual identity, ensuring it resonates with consumers and customers, drives business growth, and contributes to the company's long-term success. You will play a critical role in leading integrated national marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels and aligning all marketing efforts to business goals and market insights. In this strategic role, reporting to the Sr. Director Marketing Strategy, you will lead the marketing communications plan development for national product launches and annual brand marketing communications planning, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to influence the organization's trajectory with a remarkable level of accountability and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Identity & Creative Development: Develop, steward, and continuously refine the Delta® brand's creative identity, including visual assets, messaging, and brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaign Development: Lead the marketing communications strategy, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, for national product launches, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, on-brand go-to-market initiatives.
  • Annual Brand MarComm Planning: Develop the annual brand marketing communications plan, ensuring strategic alignment to overarching business goals, market insights, and consumer needs across paid, earned, and owned channels, maximizing reach, resonance, and business impact.
  • Advertising, Content, and Media: Oversee the creation of national advertising content, digital and social media campaigns, PR activities, messaging development, and media strategy to support brand and product objectives.
  • Marketing Campaign Optimization: Plan, execute, and continually optimize brand and product marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and maximize market impact.
  • Market Research and Insights: Incorporate insights from market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform and adapt brand strategies and messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with product marketing, sales and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand execution across all customer and consumer touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing communications budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering ROI on marketing investments.
  • Consumer Engagement & Loyalty: Drive consumer engagement through both online and offline channels, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns, using KPIs to inform ongoing strategy adjustments
  • Executive Communication: Present brand performance, initiatives, and growth opportunities to senior leadership, securing alignment and support for brand initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years in consumer brand marketing or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in brand management tools and software.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, manage agency partners and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical: Strong ability to use data to drive decisions, measure marketing effectiveness, and adapt strategies.
