An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiter is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring advanced practice providers such as nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and certified nurse midwives. They work closely with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the placement of qualified APPs in clinical roles.
