Job description

You will report directly to our Director Planning COE and you'll work out of our Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our demand planning operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
  • Proficiency with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. Kinaxis, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated implementation of statistical forecasting in an advanced planning system
  • Familiarity with demand planning software and systems.
  • Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with advanced planning system (Kinaxis)
  • Experience with salesforce
  • Experience in APS Implementation / transformation, specifically, of Demand Planning module.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is <$110,000 - $166,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
