You will work onsite in our well-equipped Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy. The center is designed to facilitate a welcoming atmosphere where therapists and patients feel engaged and empowered in the healing process. You will typically work Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour weekly schedule, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to deliver advanced orthopedic care, ensuring alignment with physicians’ recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open lines of communication with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation protocols, home exercise programs, and preventive care strategies.
• Pursue continuous improvement and collaboration within the larger clinical team to achieve shared patient-care objectives.

Your caseload will include a diverse range of patients with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Each encounter presents a unique opportunity to draw upon your clinical expertise and interpersonal skills to motivate patients through their recovery journeys, helping them return to their daily activities and sporting pursuits stronger than before.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, particularly focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by proficiency in computer systems for patient documentation.
• Passion for patient engagement, demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and their families.

• Experience with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and sports rehabilitation.
• History of working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Familiar with modern rehabilitation technology and data management systems.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
