JobSummary:

Are you a detail-oriented "maker" who enjoys working with high-tech machinery? We are looking for a Cabling Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, youaren'tjust running a machine; you are the craftsman responsible for the structural integrity of the cables that power our world. If you value precision, safety, and high-quality work, we want to hear from you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble: Twist and cable primary conductors together using specialized industrial equipment.

  • Verify: Act as your own "Quality Inspector" by measuring diameters and gauges with calipers.

  • Document: Keep perfect records of your work to ensure every reel meets ourhigh standards.

  • Lead: Maintain your workspace and ensure products are wrapped and ready for the next stage of production.

  • Safety: Follow proper safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and the use of PPE.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions and job travelers.

  • Mathematical Aptitude:Proficiencyin using precision measuring tools like calipers and cutters.

  • Communication: Strong oral communication skills with a focus on active listening and seeking clarification.

  • Professionalism: A consistenttrack recordof punctuality, accountability,and meetingproductivity standards.

  • Adaptability: The ability to multi-task and pivot between different product setups as production needschange.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.
