Job Description

Authentic Dental Lab, a leader in the dental prosthetics industry for over 40 years, is excited to announce a job opening for a full-time Advanced Dental Ceramist. This critical role focuses primarily on anterior anatomy finishing for cases within our ceramic department. Located in San Antonio, TX, this is not a remote job and requires the ceramist to be on-site. The candidate who fills this position will not only bring expertise in dental ceramics but also play a supervisory role, overseeing aspects of production in our state-of-the-art facility. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with competitive employee benefits offered.

As an Advanced Dental Ceramist at Authentic Dental Lab, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment where your skills in dental aesthetics and precision will contribute to producing top-quality dental products such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, and orthodontic appliances. This role is designed for individuals who are not just seeking a job but a place to apply their passion for dental craftsmanship and patient impact at a high level.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Knowledgeable in full mouth reconstruction with excellent knowledge of occlusion and anatomy.
  • Must excel at building and contouring crowns with great form and color.
  • Solid experience building High Quality ceramic crowns from start to finish using the latest materials available.
  • Team player - works well with co-workers in a fast-paced, production environment.
  • Ensure daily work is processed and finished according to laboratory procedures and deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of Smile Design and the Golden Rule Proportion (LVI).
  • Support customers with good communication skills, including planning cases.
  • Assisting patients with custom shades.
  • Organize caseload to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Exhibit an excellent eye for details and aesthetics critical to dental artistry.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a dental technician, specifically in ceramic dentistry.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in anterior anatomy.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a dental lab is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work full-time hours at our San Antonio, TX location - not a remote position.
  • Must currently reside in the USA.
  • Proven track record of achieving exceptional results in dental ceramist tasks.
