Position Description
Legrand is seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Cooling to join our Data, Power, and Control team on a remote basis. In this role you will be responsible for driving adoption of high-density cooling technologies solutions across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise accounts by representing the advanced cooling portfolio that meet the thermal demands of AI/HPC, cloud, and high-density enterprise workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and qualify pipelines for data center cooling opportunities that successfully convert into high-value wins
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
  • Lead technical discovery discussions and guide solution design to support customer goals.
  • Build persuasive TCO/ROI, and sustainability narratives to support valued solution adoption
  • Partner with channel and ecosystem teams to strengthen their ability to position and support Legrand cooling technologies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Effectively cross-sell all business products and services, identifying opportunities to broaden solution adoption and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Provide actionable voice-of-the-customer insights to support data-driven decision-making and product optimization
  • Travel up to 50% to support customer engagement, account development, and industry events.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of technical sales or sales engineering experience in data center infrastructure is required.
  • Technical understanding of Direct-to-Chip (DTC) data center liquid cooling.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.
  • Familiarity with AI/HPC environments, rack/cabinet ecosystems, or channel enablement (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Salary and Benefits: $220,000 -240,000 OTE
