Position: HVAC Team Leader
Location: Charlotte, NC

Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing organization focused on growth, safety, and employee development.
The HVAC Team Leader will oversee field operations, lead a team of commercial service technicians, and ensure high quality service delivery. This hands on role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a focus on safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing daily workflows, coaching and developing team members, supporting coordination and service execution, and contributing to estimates and job planning. You will also handle your own calls servicing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate brings extensive HVAC experience, proven leadership skills, and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
Requirements:
--Minimum 15 years of industrial or commercial HVAC experience.
--Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
--Universal EPA certification required.
--Must have supervising capability to lead teams to success.
--Must have vendor and customer facing experience.
