Position Summary...The (USA) Manager, Advanced Analytics leads a team to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business objectives. This role partners with leadership to identify key challenges, develop analytical models, and provide actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making. The manager oversees project execution, mentors team members, and collaborates cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions. By leveraging advanced analytics and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, this position ensures alignment with business goals while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

The Supply Chain Labor Planning team plays a vital role in optimizing Walmart’s extensive logistics network. By leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights, the team anticipates labor demands and enhances workforce allocation to support operational excellence. This group collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop strategic solutions that drive business results. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
